We want you to be completely satisfied with your Naked Wardrobe purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for store credit on all eligible unworn items. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the signature security ribbon remains intact to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  After submitting your request, download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring they are free of makeup, deodorant, or stains, and securely attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Process

  Drop your package off at any authorized shipping location; once received at our warehouse, your store credit will be issued within 5-7 business days.
